A great deal of my career has been spent working within and along side the Chiropractic field, specializing in site specific work. I utilize several different modalities in each session, including Myofascial, Trigger point and Deep tissue release, Neuromuscular and ROM (range of motion) techniques, Swedish, Hot stone, Aromatherapy and Cupping. Through integrating techniques the pain associated with Deep Tissue massage is minimal to none, working through superficial to deep allowing the muscle to give way.

I have dealt extensively with managing chronic pain, low back pain including Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome, neck pain, Rotator Cuff, Carpel Tunnel, Plantar Fasciitis, edema, scar tissue, Prenatal and more. I look forward to progress in my clients and enjoy finding new ways to achieve this from an individual viewpoint.
